Your dental health is an important part of your overall wellness. Dental insurance gives you a reason to smile – it’s affordable and covers preventive care (including regular checkups) as well as fillings, bridges, crowns and other dental services.
Two Plans to Choose From
Our dental plan is covered through Delta Dental PPO. When you enroll in the Dental plan, you may visit any dentist you choose, but in-network providers offer larger discounts and can file your claims for you. If you prefer to see an out-of-network provider, keep in mind, since they are not under a contract, they may charge you for any amount billed in excess of the negotiated discounted rate.
Base Plan
This plan covers an annual maximum - for basic and major services of $2,000 per individual and a lifetime orthodontia maximum of $2,000.
Buy-Up Plan
This plan covers an annual maximum - for basic and major services of $2,500 per individual and a lifetime orthodontia maximum of $2,500.
