Travis PPO

The Travis PPO plan provides greater freedom of choice by putting you in charge of where, when and from whom you receive medical care. However, optimal use of the plan requires that you pay strict attention to the PPO Network. PPO Network providers have contracted with the insurance company and have agreed to provide their services at a significant discount to their normal charges.
Travis HDHP

Health Plan
When you are enrolled in the Travis HDHP, you have the benefits of a PPO plan, plus an option to enjoy the added value of a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA).
Travis EPO
Exclusive Provider
Organization
EPO plans are a lot like HMOs. They generally do not cover care outside the plan’s provider network. Members however, may not need a referral to see a specialist as long as you use the doctors and hospitals within Cigna’s PPO network, but you cannot go outside the network for care.
Kaiser HMO
Health Maintenance
Organization
The Kaiser Plan is a facility-based, single-provider HMO plan. All supplies and services are provided by Kaiser at a Kaiser Plan hospital, medical office or nursing facility.
