Qualifying Life Events

You are not able to make changes to your healthcare coverage during the year unless you experience a qualifying life event. To make changes due to a qualifying life event,
you MUST contact HR within 30 days of the life event effective date
(60 days for special enrollment under Medicaid or a State children's health insurance plan).

Documentation will be required for any life event enrollment changes.
If changes are not submitted on time, you will have to wait until the next
open enrollment period to make updates to your plan(s).
